Job Description

As Superintendent, you'll oversee field operations for public-sector projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. You'll work closely with ownership and manage subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead on-site operations for envelope, renovation, and restoration projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors and enforce safety standards
  • Maintain project schedules and provide 2-3 week look-ahead plans
  • Ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with ownership and project stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage documentation using industry-standard tools
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues proactively

The Successful Applicant

  • MA CSL license required
  • OSHA 10 minimum certification
  • Experience with ground-up public work preferred
  • Ability to provide references and scheduling examples
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Based within 1.5 hours of Arlington, MA
  • Stable work history
