The Junior Graphic Designer/Graphic Designer supports the Marketing Department with the creation and execution of visual assets across multiple business areas, helping bring brand and growth initiatives to life.
This role works on a wide range of multi‑discipline projects that support company growth, internal operations, and external‑facing resources. The designer will collaborate closely with Growth, Operations, and cross‑functional teams to produce high‑quality, on‑brand creative for digital, print, and social media channels.
Responsibilities
Design and iterate on creative assets for digital and print mediums across Growth and Operations projects
Support design updates, revisions, and file preparation for final delivery
Support cross‑functional initiatives with visuals for campaigns, presentations, and sales materials
Assist with social media design needs, including graphics, captions, and templates
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Contribute creative ideas and solutions while following established best practices
Execute designs using Canva and/or the Adobe creative suite while maintaining brand consistency
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
1+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Experience working on multi‑discipline projects across digital and print
Experience with Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Proficiency in Canva required
Experience supporting or designing for social media platforms
Experience with photography or videography is a plus
Writing, editing, or copy support skills are a plus
Self‑motivated and capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with a team.
Commitment to a patient‑first approach, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.
$55,000 - $70,000 a year
