Our client is looking to fill the role of AL and Community Senior Specialist. Client is the growth platform for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Responsibilities:
AI Program Support
Coordinate and track AI program initiatives, ensuring timely progress and clear team communication
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns to build AI literacy
Prepare documentation, presentations, and communications for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project updates
Support project management activities including tracking timelines, deliverables, and risks Community Building
Build and nurture an internal AI community by developing playbooks, best practices, and knowledge-sharing opportunities
Organize and facilitate community events such as lunch & learns
Maintain and expand a repository of AI use cases
Gather feedback from community members to improve AI program, adoption, and engagement Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, AI, Computer Science, or related field
3-5 years of experience in analytics, AI delivery, project management, or community building
Strong knowledge of GenAI tools and technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI
Passion for AI, data, and innovation
Experience supporting cross-functional projects or programs
Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Skilled in preparing presentations, documentation, and facilitating workshops or meetings
Proficiency in English
Strong team player
Experience in the apparel/retail industry or large global organizations is a plus
