Regional Events Coordinator – West Region The Regional Events Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of in-store events and regional initiatives across the West Region. This role partners closely with Store Teams, Regional Leadership, Client Relations, and Corporate partners to deliver elevated, brand‑aligned experiences that strengthen client engagement and support commercial priorities. The Regional Events Coordinator also supports VIP client initiatives across the zone and internationally, ensuring consistency with Louis Vuitton Codes & Guidelines.

Coordinate regional and store‑level events in alignment with Maison standards, commercial objectives, and client engagement priorities.

Manage the regional events calendar and support budget tracking across all initiatives.

Partner with store teams to develop and support new event concepts, providing recommendations aligned with brand direction.

Support all operational aspects of events, including initiative documentation, invitation coordination, vendor management, and on‑site execution.

Serve as on‑site support for exceptional and high‑profile events when required.

Support VIP gifting initiatives and collaborate with Regional and Corporate Client Relations teams to ensure consistency across VIC client touchpoints.

Partner with Corporate Client Relations to support private client initiatives and exceptional experiences, including tracking client nominations.

Track, consolidate, and report event performance and post‑event feedback at store and regional levels.

Support additional retail‑related projects in partnership with the Regional team as business needs arise.

Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships with Central Paris teams, Merchandising, Regions/Countries, and Corporate partners.

Profile This role requires active presence in stores and at client events. The Regional Events Coordinator plays a key role in delivering impactful client moments while supporting the Maison’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Experience in event coordination, retail, hospitality, or client experience, preferably within a luxury environment.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Detail‑oriented with a high standard for execution and presentation.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working cross‑functionally.

Client‑centric mindset with a passion for luxury, brand storytelling, and experiential excellence.

Flexibility to travel and support events during evenings and weekends as needed.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $25 to $35/hr, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long‑term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
