Qualifications
Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and providing excellent Customer Satisfaction
Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and delivering a superior Customer Experience
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for working directly with customers and vendors
Proficiency in time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge or interest in acupuncture, Chinese herbs, or healthcare supplies is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small, dynamic team
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or coursework is an advantage
