Critical Skills Required Strong written and verbal communications, effectiveness, and measurements Graphic design Communications development, delivery and facilitation (including for creative communications such as infographics and videos) communication strategy employee engagement, stakeholder management journey management storytelling change impact analysis Responsibilities
Partner to revise the change management communication and engagement strategy and plan that outlines the specific communications, and engagement needs to drive awareness, and prepare/support the impacted stakeholder groups for the change of R2 across comms Execute on change management communications and engagement strategy and plan, including developing and distribution of all R2 stakeholder specific communications in communication vehicles (e.g., infographics, town halls, field supervisor meetings, change champion/network meetings, site visit, and go live/hyper care change management communications) Collaborate with graphic designer on communication products such as videos, interactive infographics, visuals, etc. Manage and monitor communications distribution and impact (distros, dates, metrics) Provide change and communications support for all change-related activities for hyper care.
