We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Assistant Key Account Manager We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented AssistantKey Account Manager to drive our presence and performance on major U.S. marketplaces. This role is pivotal in executing our Annual Operating Plan to achieve aggressive sales targets, optimize operations, and foster long‑term partnerships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment, leveraging strategic insights and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance our brand's visibility, revenue, and market share.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute tailored sales initiatives for major US marketplaces, ensuring alignment with our annual revenue, growth, and profitability goals.
Build and nurture strong partnerships with marketplace teams to enhance product visibility and performance. Responsibilities include optimizing product listings (e.g., SEO, imagery, and descriptions), dynamically adjusting pricing strategies, launching targeted promotions, and managing inventory levels.
Regularly review sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business metrics using tools like Excel and marketplace dashboards.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to maintain account health, proactively address issues, and report insights to senior leadership for informed decision‑making.
Stay ahead of the curve by performing in‑depth market research and competitor mapping on marketplace platforms.
Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, assortment, and promotional activities to inform our AOP alignment, identify white‑space opportunities, and recommend enhancements to our product portfolio and go‑to‑market approach.
Qualifications and Requirements
MBA in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in managing online international marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond or similar U.S.‑focused platforms).
Demonstrated success in driving sales revenue and sustainable growth in e‑commerce environments, with a track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and tools like Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization).
Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, including SEO, PPC advertising, inventory management, and promotional best practices.
