Asset Manager Responsibilities
Develop and implement an effective asset management strategy across the TIL terminal portfolio.
Ensure a high level of asset availability, performance consistency, and lifecycle optimization to support operational and financial goals.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practices within terminal asset management.
Implement and actively monitor compliance with corporate asset management policies and requirements.
Assess and implement best practices and new technology to continuously improve terminal performance and asset lifecycle management.
Conduct and coordinate terminal asset management audits and set terminal improvement action plans.
Ensure the implementation of an effective quality control system relevant to asset management activities.
Provide guidance and support to other internal departments relevant to asset management activities.
Minimum Qualifications
A college degree in marine, electrical, mechanical engineering, or related field. Degree in management, business or related is considered an asset.
5-7 years’ experience in a relevant position demonstrating extensive knowledge of asset management principles in a terminal or equivalent industry.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with excellent leadership and managerial skills.
Broad experience and solid understanding of reporting dimensions in a corporate environment.
Proficient with MS Office suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
