Job Title: Portal Lead – Microsoft Power Pages (Power Portal) Client: State Project Location: Tallahassee, FL (Remote) Duration: Long‑term Contract Role Type: Technical Lead / Hands‑on Lead Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Portal Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Pages (Power Portal) to support a State M&O project. The role will lead portal design, development, enhancements, and production support while ensuring compliance with Florida State standards. The candidate must be hands‑on and capable of guiding developers in portal architecture, UI customization, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Portal Lead for Microsoft Power Pages (Power Portal) solutions.

Lead design, development, enhancement, and support of public‑facing and internal state portals.

Develop and maintain Power Pages components, forms, lists, and workflows.

Integrate portals with Dataverse, Power Automate, and backend systems.

Enforce coding standards, security, accessibility (ADA/Section 508), and performance best practices.

Review code, mentor developers, and ensure quality deliverables.

Support release management, deployments, and production readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Pages (Power Portal).

Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, Liquid templates, and UI customization.

Experience working with Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.
