Assist in coordinating on‑site activities, including subcontractor scheduling and task supervision. Support daily site operations and ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Monitor and enforce job site safety regulations and protocols. Track daily progress and maintain accurate field reports and job logs. Participate in site inspections, subcontractor meetings, and quality control checks. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders regarding updates, issues, and scheduling. Assist in resolving field conflicts and identifying areas needing correction or improvement. Support material tracking, equipment usage, and jobsite organization. Utilize Procore and other construction management software for reporting and documentation. Learn and grow under the mentorship of a Senior/Lead Superintendent. Qualifications
4+ years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably on $3M–$5M projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, safety practices, and project coordination. Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. OSHA 30 certification required. Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field experience preferred. Compensation & Retirement
