Summary The Account Coordinator’s core responsibility is to support the Account Management team and help foster strong relationships with clients by delivering great products, and meeting their needs on a day‑to‑day basis. To be successful in this role you should be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks for different teams/partners at the same time. Being proactive and eager to work within the team dynamic will be essential traits for this role.

What you'll do:

Support 5 - 6 accounts across multiple teams, concurrently, developing positive working relationships

Serve as backup to Account Manager as the day‑to‑day contact on accounts, providing status updates and reports and relaying all client feedback to the internal team

Research client business and help identify future opportunities

Work with other internal departments, namely Project Operations, in order to assist with the progress of all projects

Ensure timely delivery of all assets

What we'll love about you:

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field

A minimum of 1 - 3 years of agency or related client‑facing experience

Proficiency with G-Drive, Pipedrive, and Monday.com

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Organization, ability to multitask, and self‑sufficiency are a must

Ability to function in fast paced deadline driven environment and willingness to work occasional extended hours
