ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media

Set key metrics and goals for social media activities and develop a strategy by social media channel

Create and maintain an annual calendar, develop and implement organic social media content for online social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and online review sites (Google, Yelp, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.), monitor engagement and manage comments and interactions

Create assets independently, capture photo and video content including shooting, editing, and publishing short-form video assets for social media

Manage the posting of content daily, weekly and in advance to ensure the Bank has relevant, brand-appropriate content

Measure effectiveness of efforts and make recommendations that will elevate the perception of the Bank and grow awareness with existing and new audiences

Create and share social media reports with insightful analytics, make recommendations for future content improvement

Facilitate the review and approval process of social media content with stakeholders, including Marketing and Compliance teams

Digital Marketing

Coordinate with the Bank’s media agency on paid digital campaigns and performance marketing initiatives

Collaborate with outside agencies, videographers, and designers to produce campaign assets needed for paid digital campaigns

Implement campaign messaging on various digital platforms, including but not limited to, Bank’s website, online banking, in-branch plasma screens, and e-mail

Utilize website content management system (CMS) to create landing pages for digital marketing campaigns

Coordinate production of any digital marketing assets to support the Bank’s growth

REQUIREMENTS

BA/BS in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred

3+ years of related marketing experience

Knowledge of banking/financial services industry and related marketing regulations a plus

Proficient in all social media platforms with a working knowledge of Meta; experience with social media management platforms, such as Hootsuite a plus

Comfortable shooting, editing, and publishing short-form video assets for social media

Experience with design tools, such as Canva and working knowledge of other software, such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop strongly preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including use of brand tone

Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions for problems

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt to change, and meet deadlines under variable conditions

High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work independently

Ability to work on-site at Corporate Headquarters; local travel may be required for content creation

SALARY RANGE The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000. This range reflects the Bank’s good faith estimate for this role at the time of posting. The Bank may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, such as but not limited to, relevant education, experience, and skills.
