Amazon Global Selling Korea is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to drive high-quality seller leads and registrations through data-driven performance marketing and conversion optimization. This role focuses on generating measurable business outcomes by optimizing paid media campaigns, improving conversion performance across websites and landing pages, and overseeing media efficiency planning across multiple channels.

Key Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute performance-driven lead generation campaigns across paid, owned, and organic media channels (Google Ads, Meta, Naver, Kakao, etc.) to drive qualified seller registrations on Amazon Global Selling Korea's Website (user acquisition)
Own end-to-end optimization of the traffic-to-registration funnel, managing key metrics such as CPL/CPA, conversion rate, and downstream seller activation
Lead website and landing page enhancements focused on conversion optimization, including CTA, form flow, copy, and page structure
Design and produce high-performing ad creatives optimized for each channel and audience segment to maximize engagement and conversion
Oversee media efficiency planning and performance tracking across multiple channels to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI
Design and execute A/B tests to improve lead volumes, quality, cost efficiency and registration-to-launch conversion rates
Build and manage marketing attribution models to evaluate channel performance
Operate and scale campaigns using marketing automation and performance marketing tools
Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to drive data-informed growth initiatives
A Day in the Life
Reviewing performance dashboards to identify optimization opportunities and adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives
Designing and analyzing A/B tests for landing pages and messaging
Preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights
Testing new channels, formats, and marketing technologies
Partnering with worldwide marketing managers and business stakeholders to implement performance-driven improvements

Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Preferred Qualifications
