Overview AM/FM Plumbing & Services is a growing, locally owned plumbing company serving the Joliet and Channahon areas. We’re hiring an experienced service plumber to step into an open role and join a team built around steady work, clear expectations, and strong support.
If you’re a plumber who wants to run your own calls without chaos — and be backed by an organized office — this role is for you.
What You’ll Get Potential Earnings, $70,000-$120,000 per year, based on experience
Performance incentives up to 25%(paid on top of hourly pay) based on sales performance
Take-home service truck + gas card
Consistent, year-round work (no slow seasons)
Paid holidays (7 Days) + PTO (Accrues based on time worked)

Your Schedule Full-time, steady hours
On-call rotation
What You’ll Be Doing Residential and light commercial service plumbing
Diagnosing plumbing issues and presenting repair options
Completing common service work such as:
Water heaters (tank & tankless)
Sump pumps
Toilets, faucets, and fixtures
Drain issues
Water and gas lines
Repairs and small repipes
Completing job tickets accurately and maintaining code compliance
Keeping your truck organized and stocked
Communicating professionally with customers, dispatch, and management
What We’re Looking For Service plumbing experience required
3+ years of plumbing experience preferred
Residential and/or light commercial background
Plumbing license a plus (not required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and take ownership of jobs
Strong customer communication and professionalism
