JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development/Sales Seasonal Representative will be responsible for selling full season ticket packages, group tickets, premium hospitality offerings and special event tickets. The position will generate new revenue using various sales methods to target high propensity leads that have been identified through data and analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Generate ticket revenue through the sale of full season ticket plans and group tickets.
Make a required number of outbound calls as set forth by the Director of Ticket Sales.
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing Season Ticket Members and customers.
Have a thorough understanding of all ticketing systems and software.
Keeping accurate and up to date notes regarding prospects and current clients.
Provide on-site ticketing support for all special events, home games, and Season Ticket Member events as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Qualified candidates must possess superior organizational skills and be able to function in a fast-paced, multi-task setting.
Individuals must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Candidate should always strive for a high level of customer service.
Must have a working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Some experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Ticketmaster Archtics is a plus.
QUICK FACTS / REQUIREMENTS:
Completed 4-year undergraduate degree at an accredited university or college by start date (April 13, 2026).
Any relocation fees are the responsibility of the individual.
All candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S.A.
HOURS REQUIRED:
40 hours per week
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Representative(s) will start in April and work through the end of December/January.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Light office duties and activities.
Standing outside for hours at stadium gates in all different weather to help with mobile assistance.
