Job Description

Oversee all aspects of leasing operations, including contract negotiations and lease administration. Provide legal guidance to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to align leasing strategies with business objectives. Review and draft legal documents, including leases, amendments, and other agreements. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and stakeholders. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks in the leasing process. Ensure timely resolution of legal and leasing-related issues. Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the legal and leasing department.
