
Territory-Based Outside Sales Representative
Adecco has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) industry to recruit for a territory-based Outside Sales Representative for the Pacific Northwest or Mountain West area. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on growing equipment and consumables sales in a defined multi-state region. We are seeking a self-driven and technically knowledgeable sales professional to develop new business, support existing accounts, and act as a trusted resource for customers in the field. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships within assigned territory Plan and execute strategic sales calls, site visits, and product demonstrations Deliver tailored technical presentations to decision-makers and end users Manage the full sales process from quote to close, including pricing and negotiation Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and account updates in CRM Serve as a subject matter expert on product capabilities and applications Collaborate internally with sales support, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally with capital or technical equipment Familiarity with NDT testing methods; NDT certifications are a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large territory and sales pipeline independently Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel within the assigned region (some overnight travel may be required) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary Performance-based commission plan Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Excellent work-life balance
