Sales Representative
We are expanding our footprint and adding net new Sales Representatives to support fast growing demand across the Southeast. This role is ideal for a seasoned foodservice or protein-industry salesperson who thrives in a high autonomy environment, knows how to build relationships in the field, and understands the nuances of beef and pork products. You'll be targeting restaurants, hotels, sports venues, meat markets, food trucks, taco buses, and other foodservice buyers capable of purchasing pallets or truckloads at a time. Key Responsibilities Sell foodservice protein products directly into foodservice customers Proactively target and close business with: Restaurants (independent + small chains) Hotels + hospitality groups Sports & entertainment venues Meat markets Food trucks + taco buses Generate and manage your own leads; identify "sweet spot" customers who are: Too small for major meat conglomerates to service But large enough to move pallet or truckload level quantities Leverage existing industry relationships and identify high value targets Operate as a beef and pork expert, guiding customers on cuts, specs, and product applications Work directly with the local DC manager to establish credit, order systems, POs, and operational workflow Manage a "first come, first served" prospecting and account assignment model Ramp to $40K/week in gross profit within your first 3 months Maintain strong relationships and deliver consistent weekly activity Skills and Requirements Proven foodservice or protein sales experience Deep working knowledge of beef and pork - cuts, handling, pricing nuances Demonstrated success generating your own leads and independently building a book of business Strong existing relationships within restaurants, foodservice buyers, or distributors Ability to work autonomously, manage your schedule, and perform in a field first role Experience selling by the pallet or truckload Comfort working with credit processes, POs, order systems, and distribution operations - Bilingual (Spanish) Background with smaller, non corporate or entrepreneurial food/bev environments Prior experience with protein focused suppliers, meat distributors, or related industries
