Oracle is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to drive growth in the higher education sector by promoting our industry-leading solutions: Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM, Student Financial Planning (SFP), and Student Information Systems (SIS). In this pivotal role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage directly with academic institutions, and manage the full sales cycle to achieve revenue targets. Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud delivers a complete, modern, and secure financial management platform, streamlining core business processes and enabling real-time data insights for informed decision-making. Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud provides comprehensive tools for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and talent management, helping institutions attract, develop, and retain top talent. Oracle Student Information System (SIS) and Student Financial Planning (SFP) are purpose-built to meet the specific needs of higher education, supporting the student journey from enrollment and registration to graduation and beyond, as well as providing robust solutions for financial aid and compliance. With Oracle's unified cloud platform, higher education organizations can achieve greater operational efficiency, deliver a superior stakeholder experience, and easily adapt to shifting demands in the education sector. What you'll do: Sell business applications software/solutions to prospective and existing clients. Lead sales through forecasting, account prioritization, account strategy, and planning. Provide insight on finance solutions linked to Oracle's product suite. Collaborate with sales leaders to address customer challenges. Find technical solutions aligning with customer requirements. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3-10 years of ERP, EPM, SCM, CX, or HCM enterprise-level sales experience. A successful track record of meeting/exceeding annual sales quotas. The ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts at C-suite and LOB. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with prospects/customers. The flexibility to travel as needed. Responsibilities: Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $68,400 to $147,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.
