Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their individual insurance needs and financial status.

Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Craft personalized insurance recommendations based on a thorough review of client data and circumstances.

Update and maintain client information in our secure internal databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Work closely with our sales and underwriting teams to guarantee seamless client service experiences.

Participate in continuous professional development to remain informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.

Address client inquiries and resolve any issues effectively and promptly, maintaining open communication.

Prepare detailed reports on client engagement and share results with management to enhance future strategies.

Engage in networking opportunities and community events to expand our reach and strengthen client relationships.

Advise clients on policy renewals and updates to ensure their coverage meets their changing needs.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in client services or insurance is highly desirable.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating relationships with a diverse clientele.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities efficiently.

Familiarity with CRM software and industry-specific IT systems is expected.

A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one post-hire; we provide guidance throughout the process.

A proven ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.

An ethical approach to handling sensitive information is essential.

Salary/Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year plus commission
