Renewal Specialist

SUMMARY: As a Renewal Specialist at Topline, you will drive client retention by identifying needs and executing strategic renewal or remarketing initiatives. We value a consultative, confident approach and the ability to turn renewal challenges into long-term partnerships. Success in this role requires the ability to provide elite professional assistance across our clients' insurance portfolios, ensuring that customer loyalty and satisfaction remain our top priorities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sell and service various forms of Personal Lines insurance
  • Communicate effectively with customers and carriers.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Gather information about client concerns and provide feedback to management.
  • Execute proactive renewal strategies.
  • Provide excellent service to retain and renew our existing business.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Florida 20-44 or 2-20 License required.
  • Minimum of 2 years Property and Casualty Insurance Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong conflict resolution, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Empathy and patience.
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Individuals must have knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other related business software.
  • Experience and knowledge of Applied EPIC management systems is plus but not required.
