About the Role

The Company is in search of an SVP, Performance Marketing to spearhead the design, development, and expansion of a centralized customer acquisition engine. This pivotal role is focused on driving measurable patient demand for high-consideration, primarily out-of-pocket services, and requires a leader with a deep understanding of the full digital funnel, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in scaling performance marketing within complex, multi-site environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating the consumer experience, aligning marketing and sales processes, and ensuring that the patient journey is seamless, data-informed, and centered around care.

Key responsibilities for the SVP, Performance Marketing include owning the end-to-end consumer acquisition process, developing and executing an omni-channel marketing strategy, and managing paid media and digital acquisition initiatives. The role demands a leader who can shape promotion and pricing strategies, lead A/B testing, and develop creative, data-backed programs for both patient acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have a player-coach mentality, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, and will be adept at maintaining oversight of CRM systems and technology tools to streamline lead distribution and tracking. Executive presence is essential for this position, as the role involves managing and holding agencies accountable to ensure alignment with the organization's goals.
