This role is responsible for all aspects of lease administration, including new lease negotiations, renewals, restructurings, and terminations. The Manager, Corporate Real Estate serves as CCMs lead in landlord relations, ensuring competitive lease terms and alignment with business strategy./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliManage nationwide portfolio of branch locations./liliNegotiate new leases, renewals, extensions, amendments, and early terminations./liliProactively monitor lease expirations and ensure timely execution of renewals or exits./liliDevelop and execute real estate strategies to support growth, relocation, and consolidations./liliServe as the primary liaison between landlords, brokers, and legal counsel./liliReview and analyze lease documents to ensure favorable terms and compliance./liliPartner with internal teams (finance, legal, onboarding) to align real estate decisions with business goals./liliMaintain accurate lease records, financial obligations, and critical dates in the lease management system./liliTrack and report on portfolio performance, occupancy costs, and savings opportunities./liliConduct market research to benchmark rental rates and identify cost reduction opportunities./li/ulh3Qualifications and Skills/h3ulliBachelors Degree or equivalent related experience./liliExperience in commercial real estate, lease administration, and/or multi-site portfolio management./liliExperience working independently successfully./liliSkill in managing multiple project schedules and deliverables./liliSkill in working closely with internal stakeholders./liliExcellent written and communication skills./liliAdvanced negotiation skills./liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite./li/ulpThis job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
