Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Community Engagement Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our workspace community, delivering top-notch customer service and administrative support. You will have the opportunity to connect with clients from diverse industries, building relationships and maintaining an inviting atmosphere. Provide exceptional service by answering and transferring incoming calls, greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and directing them to the appropriate meeting space. Workspace Management:
Ensure our center remains clean and welcoming by handling daily hospitality functions, including opening and closing the center, making coffee and flavored water, and maintaining the kitchen and common areas. Meeting Room & Space Coordination:
Efficiently manage scheduling and usage of conference rooms, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our clients. Client Onboarding & Support:
Streamline the onboarding process by assisting new clients with move-ins, distributing keys, updating information in our systems, and supporting administrative tasks. Mail & Package Handling:
Oversee mail and package management, ensuring timely communication with clients about deliveries. Sales & Community Engagement:
Support client tours, assist the Sales Team, and help cultivate a vibrant client community through strong relationships. Required Skills & Experience: People Skills:
Warm, approachable, and professional, with a knack for connecting with clients and making them feel valued. Self-Starter:
Proactive in solving problems and anticipating needs. Customer Service Excellence:
Exceptional communication skills, able to thrive in fast-paced environments. Organization & Attention to Detail:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with new software. Experience:
