Production Associate in Fashion Apparel Industry

We have locations in the U.S.A., UK, China, Hong Kong, Germany, and Bangladesh Who we are looking for : We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the production process, ensuring the efficient and timely completion of production goals. This position involves working closely with team members to meet quality standards, safety guidelines, and production schedules. Our office is located in NYC and it’s a full time, in-person position. Responsibilities: Create, revise, and maintain purchase orders Communicate and follow up with overseas vendors on a daily basis Assist in item setup, data entry and maintenance of various reports Track PP samples, TOP samples, testing and inspection status weekly Perform daily tracking of goods on order, work in progress (WIP) and in-transit reports etc. to ensure timely delivery Communicate cross-functionally for all orders Order packaging and packing materials for purchase orders where needed Liaise with internal teams (design, sales, shipping, warehouse, etc.) to ensure all actions of a project are made in time to meet the production schedule deadlines Manage administrative tasks related to purchase orders and product lifecycle Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: BFA or BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred Computer proficiency with MS Office: Superior Excel Skills Strong organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous Excellent time management/project skills Goal oriented with the ability to stay focused on creating winning results Superior written and verbal (English) communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment If you see yourself as our newest team member, please Email your resume with salary requirements.
