We are seeking a data-driven and results-focused Digital Advertising Specialist to join our Marketing team in Glen Allen, Virginia. In this role, you will manage and optimize lower-funnel digital advertising campaigns that drive conversion across our brand and product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize return on advertising investment and support both direct-to-consumer and retailer-focused initiatives. What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and Criteo to drive conversion and revenue growth.
- Set campaign KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement ongoing optimizations to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Partner with Brand, Sales, and eCommerce teams to support key product launches, promotions, and retailer-specific initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute paid social and search campaigns that drive traffic to retailer sites.
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage external advertising technologies, platforms, and vendor partners.
- Identify and recommend SEO and user journey improvements to improve organic traffic and search visibility.
- Share insights, best practices, and performance results with cross-functional stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on pay-per-click advertising experience, including Google Ads (Meta and Criteo experience preferred).
- Experience managing advertising budgets and reporting on performance metrics and KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into action.
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, ecommerce technologies, and web analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking.
- Experience with Amazon Ads or retail media platforms (e.g., Walmart Connect).
- Familiarity with DTC platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress, MODx, or Klaviyo.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
