combined with certified appraiser oversight. We are seeking an

AMC Operations Manager

to own day-to-day appraisal operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver industry-leading turnaround times without compromising quality or independence. This role is

mission-critical

to scaling ClearMark while maintaining USPAP and state AMC compliance.

Key Responsibilities Appraisal Operations & Workflow Manage end-to-end appraisal order lifecycle: Order intake Assignment Field data coordination Review workflow Delivery Monitor and enforce

SLA turnaround times (24–48 hrs target) Coordinate closely with the

Chief Appraiser Officer (CAO)

for review and approvals Track revisions, corrections, and lender feedback

Appraiser Panel & Vendor Management Recruit, onboard, and maintain a compliant appraiser panel Ensure appraisers meet: State certification requirements E&O insurance Independence standards Manage third-party

field data/photo contractors Resolve scheduling, coverage, and performance issues

Compliance & Quality Control Enforce

USPAP, Ohio AMC laws, and Appraiser Independence Requirements (AIR) Maintain audit-ready records and documentation Support complaint resolution and regulatory inquiries Ensure AI tools are used strictly as

decision-support

, not valuation authority Assist CAO with quality control and review workflows

Technology & Platform Operations Manage appraisal orders through industry portals (e.g., AppraisalPort, Mercury Network) Ensure accurate data flow into Valora (photos, MLS, public records) Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with product teams to improve workflows Train appraisers and internal staff on process updates

Client Communication Serve as primary operational contact for lender clients Provide clear status updates and resolve issues proactively Support onboarding of new lender clients during pilots and rollouts
