and have a valid ID willing to take a 10-panel drug screen and undergo a Criminal Background Check Must also have a valid TX Driver License No sponsorship available at this time
Responsibilities include: 1. Project Oversight • Supervising Daily Operations: Overseeing all activities on the construction site and ensuring work is done according to plans and timelines. • Quality Control: Ensuring the work meets the required quality standards and specifications. 2. Team Management • Managing Subcontractors & Laborers: Coordinating the activities of subcontractors, construction workers, and any other site personnel. • Conflict Resolution: Addressing any disputes or issues that arise among workers or with subcontractors. 3. Scheduling & Coordination • Project Scheduling: Developing and maintaining construction schedules, making sure work progresses as planned. • Coordination: Coordinating between different trades to ensure efficient workflow. 4. Safety Management • Safety Compliance: Ensuring that the job site complies with all safety regulations and protocols, often involving regular safety inspections. • Incident Reporting: Investigating and reporting any accidents or safety incidents on-site. 5. Budget & Cost Control • Budget Monitoring: Keeping track of project costs, ensuring that the project stays within budget. • Resource Management: Managing materials, tools, and equipment on-site to avoid wastage and ensure availability. 6. Communication • Client Interaction: Acting as the point of contact for clients on-site, providing updates and addressing any concerns. • Reporting to Management: Providing regular reports to project managers or senior management about the progress and any issues encountered. 7. Problem-Solving • On-Site Problem Resolution: Quickly addressing any unexpected problems that arise during construction (e.g., weather delays, material shortages, or labor issues). 8. Documentation • Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of project milestones, changes, and any inspections or permits. • Change Orders: Managing change orders and ensuring that any alterations to the project are documented and approved.
