What You'll Do:
Deliver an extraordinary experience with every interaction - whether in person or over the phone.
Build and nurture long-term relationships by consistently providing exceptional value and professionalism.
Master a proven, structured approach to uncover customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions.
Open new accounts and guide customers through aCustomer Value Process.
Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions using a cash recycler.
Uphold our Culture Standards - greet customers by name, maintain eye contact, and go the extra mile to assist with questions and concerns.
Safeguard customer privacy and educate clients on how to protect their financial information.
Qualifications What we are looking for:
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and eager to grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates will bring:
Previous banking experience (preferred but not required - we're happy to train the right person!)
A strong desire to learn, grow, and advance your career
