**Midwest Heritage Bank****Job Title****Department:** Banking**FLSA:** Non-Exempt**General Function****Core Competencies*** Consumer Loan Processing* Loan Administration* Loan Servicing**Reporting Relations****Accountable and Reports to:** Consumer Loan Operations Supervisor**Positions that Report to you:** None**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Prepare prelims and/or closing documents: Consumer Loan Operations ProcessorThe Consumer Loan Operations Processor is responsible for all operational functions associated with the loan process. Prepares preliminary disclosures and/or closing documents for consumer loans and ensures all pre-funding and post-closing functions are complete.**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:*** Order services as needed* Verify all loan conditions are met* Enter/update Hy-Vee payroll deductions* Monitor tickler list and update as needed* Quality Control post-closing* Verify all required documents are in the file and signed* Verify all necessary information is on IS View, Insight, Laser Pro and/or Encompass* Review, sort, mail or process, any notices that are generated, i.e., past due, insurance, renewal, etc.* Review reports / balance accounts i.e., FHLB, CSO, Escrow, Loans Control, Loans in Process (WIP) etc.* Escrow analysis/pay taxes, PMI and insurance* Process paid notes and release collateral* Calculate /process loan payoffs* Assist customers and employees with loan questions* Maintenance loans, forms or documents as needed* Process/monitor PMI notices/escrow refunds /cancellations/monthly billing* Investor/Mortgage loans* Book mortgage and consumer loans into FIS system* Verify disbursements are complete and balanced**Education and Experience:**High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of banking or real estate experience required.**Physical Requirements:*** This position is classified sedentary/light and requires the ability to sit for long periods of time.* Visual requirements include the ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.* Must be able to perform the following physical activities: sitting for long periods, talking (in person and by telephone), hearing and repetitive motions.**Working Conditions:*** The duties of this position are normally performed in a general office setting. This is a fast-paced work environment.* There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a day.**Equipment Used to Perform Job:*** Commitment to the Midwest Heritage mission and willingness to promote the values of the organization.* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.* Proficient computer skills.
