Randstad is supporting a large financial/insurance firm who is looking for a Lead Corporate Recruiter to act as a vital consultant to our senior leadership. In this high-impact role, you will move beyond transactional hiring to drive workforce-planning strategies and organizational growth. You’ll leverage advanced AI tools and market intelligence to solve complex talent puzzles, particularly within specialized leadership and compliance areas. Salary:

$41.26 - $41.27 per hour Shift:

Responsibilities

Manage complex business partner relationships and recruit for specialized leadership roles. Partner with senior management and HR to lead workforce-planning strategies and enhance organizational performance.

Act as a Candidate Career Advisor, providing a premium experience from pre-screen to offer. Build diverse pipelines of specialized talent while representing the company nationally through professional and diversity organizations.

Expertly maximize AI digital tools, technologies, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

Serve as a Hiring Strategy Advisor, utilizing labor market research and data-driven storytelling to influence hiring managers and align recruitment with business goals.

Act as a change agent, overseeing projects tied to innovation, continuous improvement, and extraordinary customer care to evolve recruitment practices.

Maintain a pulse on industry trends and talent supply to provide consultative guidance on recruitment initiatives and market conditions.

Serve as a subject matter authority and mentor to recruiters and business units. Accountable for executing policies, processes, and programs as a high-level individual contributor.
