We are an independent insurance agency looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to handle a range of client needs. Our agency is seeking an efficient and experienced individual to join our team in supporting our producers and our loyal clients. This will be a remote-based position with occasional in-person team meetings.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparing policy quotes for producers

Responding to billing inquiries from clients

Reviewing policy renewals and coverages with insured

Processing personal lines endorsements

Fielding client claims inquiries

Building and maintaining relationships with producers, clients, and underwriters

Required skills and experience:

Prior experience in personal lines insurance customer service required, prior commercial experience a plus!

P&C insurance license required

Agency-side experience preferred

Ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions independently

Agency management experience required, AMS360 preferred
