Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Equipment Leasing Credit Underwriter located in Beverly, MA. The primary responsibilities include evaluating credit applications, underwriting loans, and performing credit risk analysis to ensure sound financial decisions. The underwriter will collaborate with internal teams, communicate with clients, and analyze financial data to support the organization’s equipment leasing and lending activities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Credit Underwriting and underwriting methodologies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and credit risk effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and team collaboration
Experience or familiarity with loans, including structuring and processing
Ability to work with attention to detail and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the equipment leasing or financial services industry is a plus
