Responsibilities

Manage and review corporate tax compliance engagements for a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations Develop and implement tax strategies that align with client objectives and current tax laws Coordinate and lead tax planning and consulting projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring activities Provide technical tax guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. federal, state, and international tax laws Collaborate with audit and advisory teams to identify and address potential tax implications during engagements Supervise, mentor, and develop junior tax professionals and interns Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on corporate tax matters Monitor tax legislative and regulatory developments and analyze potential impacts on clients Utilize tax software and technology tools for efficient workflow and reporting Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Master’s degree in Taxation or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate tax, preferably in a public accounting or large corporate environment In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state corporate tax regulations Proficiency in tax preparation software such as GoSystem, CCH, or similar, and Microsoft Office Suite
