provide financial literacy and licensed/regulated financial services that enable families and business owners to save and better-grow their money through investments, insurance savings programs, mortgage refinances, and debt strategies.
Advancement roles
oversee, train, and develop teams of remote agents and open new outlets as broker-owners.
Daily mentorship and coaching
Sponsored state & federal licensing
Part-time options scalable to full-time
Licensing not required prior to applying
Licenses reciprocate to other states (no new testing)
Qualifications
Must be age 18+, have U.S. residency, be comfortable working via Zoom, have a basic computer or laptop, and able to pass a state and federal background check to obtain required licensing.
Pay
Pay varies depending on the role.
All roles are 1099 contractor positions . Training bonuses are available. Agents can qualify for override and residual income. Brokers can qualify for monthly bonuses and stock equity.
State and federal licensure and appointments are through Fortune 1000, publicly-traded company Primerica Financial Services (NYSE:PRI) and PFS Investments, Inc.
