We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Stokas Bieri Real Estate, you will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with clients, negotiating commercial leases and property sales, and managing transactions from start to finish. You will work alongside a supportive team of professionals and have access to cutting‑edge national resources to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial real‑estate properties.

Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Conduct market research and provide clients with accurate property evaluations and investment advice.

Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and lease agreements.

Negotiate and close deals in a timely manner.

Attend property viewings, meetings, and industry events to expand business opportunities.

Stay up‑to‑date on market trends, property values, and local regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, property management, and finance, to deliver exceptional service.

Travel out of state to meet with national network, at lease one time per year.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Proven track record of successful property transactions and client relationship management.

Strong knowledge of local commercial real‑estate market trends and property values.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficient with Costar, Crexi, and other commercial real‑estate software along with Microsoft Office Suite.
