Responsibilities
Apply incoming payments for events and tours to the appropriate accounts.
Process settlements based on agent-provided figures.
Issue client payments and generate corresponding reports.
Update and maintain financial tracking systems for deposits and settlements.
Follow up on pending booking reports and input data into the system.
Ensure all payments have proper supporting documentation.
Respond to agent and coordinator requests for financial details.
Investigate and resolve held or unclaimed payments.
Organize and file accounting records in a timely manner.
Support system improvements and process enhancements.
Qualifications
At least one year of accounting experience, preferably in entertainment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to type at least 45 WPM and use a 10-key keypad.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive work ethic.
