Position Overview We are seeking a
licensed Michigan Real Estate Agent
to represent buyers and sellers throughout the Metro Detroit area. This role is ideal for experienced agents who are comfortable managing client relationships, transactions, and daily real estate activities in a virtual or hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
Represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the residential real estate transaction process
Conduct property showings, virtual tours, and open houses as needed
Provide market insights and guidance based on current Metro Detroit trends
Manage listings, contracts, and transaction documentation through closing
Maintain consistent communication with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other parties
Utilize CRM and digital tools to manage leads and follow-ups
Build and maintain a professional presence within your local market
Qualifications
Active Michigan Real Estate License
(required)
1+ year of residential real estate experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage transactions independently
Comfortable working in a virtual or remote environment
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Client-focused mindset with a commitment to professional service
