Provide Level 1 technical support for end-users through phone, email, or chat Identify and diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels with proper documentation Ensure accurate recording, categorization, documentation, and closure of all support tickets Drive positive customer experience by delivering timely responses and professional interactions What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 6 months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role Minimum 6 months customer service experience in a professional setting Bilingual in both English and French (oral and written) High School Diploma or GED Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Associate degree in a related field is preferred
