Role Description We’re expanding our real estate TEAM and looking for 1–2 highly motivated agents to represent a local Carolinas builder and help sell our new construction homes. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven and doesn’t need to be micromanaged. You should be comfortable taking initiative, following up with leads, and using the opportunities provided to grow your business.
What we’re looking for:
Strong work ethic and internal motivation
Social media–savvy (content creation is a major part of our business)
Willing to host open houses, make calls, and actively prospect
Comfortable being on camera and building a personal brand
Ready to use new construction listings to scale production
We are also looking for a true team player. Someone who enjoys collaborating with our existing team, brainstorming ideas, creating content together, and supporting one another. This role includes assisting with open houses and model homes, working alongside team members, and helping throughout all steps of the real estate transaction process, including transaction management, meeting photographer, staging, etc.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
Experience in Sales and Customer Service to support client engagement
Exceptional communication, organization, and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of the local real estate market in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, SC area
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a hybrid work environment
Proficiency in relevant real estate tools and platforms is a plus
