Required Skills
Technical degree in electronics or related electrical field
Minimum 5 years' experience in PCB design/layout
Proficiency with PCB layout software (PADS preferred)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and results‑oriented mindset
Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
Nice to Have Skills
Knowledge of Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles
Experience with high‑speed and high‑power PCB layouts
Preferred Education and Experience
Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of hands‑on PCB design experience in a technical environment
Other Requirements
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Knowledge of component library management and documentation standards
Willingness to support manufacturing and testing processes
