Mold Maker
Leominster, MA
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Key Responsibilities
Build new molds from raw materials using CNC and manual machining equipment.
Repair and modify existing molds using CNC and manual machining equipment.
Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble molds for repair and evaluation.
Review and interpret drawings and models.
Operate lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and other manual/CNC equipment.
Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges) to ensure tight tolerance machining and final fitting.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company and industry safety standards.
Perform other Tool Room-related duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in mold making, repair, or modification.
Proficient in both CNC and manual machining processes.
Ability to interpret complex blueprints and work with tight tolerances.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Employment Type and Salary Full‑Time
Salary: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.
