This full‑time, on‑site Commercial Property Manager role is located in Pleasant Grove, UT. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing daily property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, property inspections, and maintenance coordination. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, addressing tenant inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with property management policies and regulations.
Qualifications
3 years of commercial experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager with Retail, Office or Industrial properties
Property management skills, including lease administration, tenant relations, and rent collection
Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for property inspections and maintenance coordination
Effectively manage communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
Proficiency in property management software and general computer skills
Problem‑solving abilities and knowledge of property laws and regulations
Track record of delivering exceptional customer service
