The Opportunity We’re seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong STEM background and a strategic mindset. This role is ideal for a professional ready to take ownership of high-impact digital initiatives, optimize global campaigns, and shape the digital presence of a company that thrives on technical excellence.

You’ll be a key player in driving lead generation and customer engagement through sophisticated digital strategies, leveraging your experience in email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media to reach and influence highly technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Lead Generation: Architect and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels to attract and convert qualified leads.

Website Optimization: Lead efforts to enhance site performance, user experience, and conversion rates across international domains.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver cohesive, data-driven marketing initiatives.

Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.

Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to inform positioning and messaging.

Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize lead nurturing workflows that support long-term engagement and sales conversion.

What You Bring

Proven Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with a strong record of success in B2B campaigns-preferably in scientific or technical industries.

Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing complex hardware or instrumentation to engineering and scientific audiences.

Technical Mastery: Proficient in marketing automation platforms, PPC tools, SEO strategy, and analytics platforms.

Analytical Acumen: Skilled in interpreting data to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions.

Leadership & Execution: Capable of managing multiple initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and influencing cross-functional teams.

Exceptional Communication: Adept at translating technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with expert audiences.

Creative Vision: Able to craft engaging content and campaigns that reflect the sophistication of our products and the curiosity of our customers.
