Member Communications Specialist
who will create, coordinate, and optimize communications that strengthen relationships with our members and executive health clients.
Reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing & Content, this person will help ensure our members understand and experience the full value of PartnerMD throughout every stage of their journey — from new patient onboarding to long‑term care.
In this role, you will help evaluate and refine the entire communication lifecycle to ensure every touchpoint is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand promise.
You will also support internal communications across the organization, including assisting with executive messaging, employee program rollouts, and engagement campaigns for clinical and office teams.

You will deliver thoughtful, impactful communications across newsletters, emails, social media, events, and digital touchpoints and collaborate across the full company to bring the PartnerMD brand to life for our members every day.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute clear, engaging communications for existing members and executive health clients, including newsletters, announcements, and updates that drive awareness and connection
Support an audit of the full member communication lifecycle — from onboarding through long‑term retention — helping identify gaps, improve processes, and refine messaging so every touchpoint aligns with our brand and delivers value
Collaborate across departments, including clinical, wellness, operations, and corporate teams, to produce compelling content that helps members take full advantage of PartnerMD’s services and benefits
Partner with physicians, health coaches, and clinical experts to create educational content that informs, empowers, and engages members in their health and wellness journeys
Maintain ongoing member email programs and contribute new ideas and content to increase engagement and enhance the member experience
Assist with planning, promoting, and coordinating member events, including webinars, in‑person gatherings, and educational sessions that strengthen community and retention
Create and refine member‑facing materials, including printed handouts, digital notifications, text reminders, and other communications that improve the member experience
Draft and support distribution of communications for physician transitions, operational updates, and other key announcements
Maintain and update the Members section of the PartnerMD website to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with communication goals
Support PartnerMD’s organic social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content that builds community and highlights member value
Coordinate the shared content calendar with the marketing team to ensure alignment and collaboration across member communications, blogs, videos, emails, and social media
Assist in creating recruiting and employer‑brand content that attracts physicians, nurses, and staff aligned with PartnerMD’s mission and values
Support internal communications efforts, including drafting executive messages, assisting with employee program announcements, promoting office and team initiatives, and developing engagement campaigns for physicians and clinical teams
Track engagement metrics for member communications and social activity, sharing insights that help improve effectiveness and satisfaction
Stay current on communication and engagement best practices and bring forward ideas that enhance the overall member experience
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
1 to 2 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or a related field
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor tone and style for different audiences and channels
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot and/or Salesforce preferred)
Understanding of digital communications, email marketing, and social media platforms
Basic experience with website content management systems (HubSpot CMS or WordPress a plus)
Comfort working with data and metrics to measure engagement and optimize performance
