At American Eagle, we’re looking for a part‑time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in store. Your role is to create an amazing shopping experience for every guest, promote our product line, and embody our company values. Your Responsibilities
You’re a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset. You’re passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making product suggestions to fit their needs. You share the brand love and introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You can flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. You’ll proactively resolve guest concerns while staying aligned with company policy. You’re a team player, always ready to assist your teammates. You act with integrity, always adhering to AEO’s policies & procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If
You love interacting with people! You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You’re available to work evenings, weekends, & holidays.
