Job Summary Consumer Cellular is adding a Retail Wireless Sales Specialist who will serve as a brand ambassador, relationship builder, product and services enthusiast, and account manager. Earn $19.50–$20.50 per hour plus uncapped commission. This position is classified as modified full‑time (30–39 hours per week, typically 35).
Hourly pay is between $19.50 and $20.50; commission is uncapped.

Brand Ambassador
– Ensure the store is welcoming, comfortable, and always open for guests. Bring your authentic self to work each day in a way that reflects our core value of "Happy Employees, Happy Customers."
Relationship Builder
– Build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership through active listening, solution‑finding, and conversation initiation.
Product and Services Enthusiast
– Receive training on our products and services, translating technology into real‑world conversations. Attend meetings, training sessions, and work with the team to provide the best care for guests.
Account Management
– Set and manage guest appointments, investigate and solve account issues, and determine the best plans and offers for each guest. Document all customer accounts with relevant notes and details.
What You Need to Win in This Role
Education and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Positive attitude and ability to make the customer a priority.
At least 6 months of customer service experience in a retail setting; bonus if you have worked in the wireless industry.
Experience operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Schedule and Attendance
Flexibility, including weekends.
Retail store open six to seven days a week. Hours vary between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm most days.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items. May require standing for 6–8 hours.
Move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary.
Regular store cleaning, including display cases, shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests.
Pay & Benefits
Minimum Salary: $36,750
Maximum Salary: $46,200
Competitive base pay with potential for shift differential, overtime, and bonus pay.
