About the Role
Your Home Improvement Company
is hiring
Lead Generators
for events, fairs, and festivals. You'll set up and run a promotional booth, promote our home improvement, design, and remodeling services to homeowners, and enjoy the event atmosphere. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required. Target Candidates
A retiree or current employee looking to supplement their income A career‑oriented individual looking to build their resume College students or stay‑at‑home parents Someone looking for something fun and rewarding Responsibilities
Set up, run, and tear down a booth at vendors, music, food, and fun events Engage with homeowners to build valuable connections Travel to local events; non‑local travel reimbursed Earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses Qualifications
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (non‑local travel reimbursed) Outgoing, energetic, and coachable personality Open weekend availability 18 years or older Compensation
$20 per hour plus bonuses; opportunity for advancement. Work Details
Part‑time. Expected hours: 20–30 per week. Schedule depends on events and may include evenings and weekends. Location
