What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto and home insurance policies
Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
Prepare and bind quotes through various insurance carriers
Effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate customer purchases
Provide high-energy, attentive conversations with customers to match policies to their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
Passion for helping others
Availability to work weekends and evenings
Must obtain a P&C license within 2 weeks after starting
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
Familiarity with insurance products and servicesExperience working in a remote environment
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup atmosphere
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
