We’re building a team of A-players across marketing, growth, and technology—and we’re looking for a
UGC Video Editor.
Who You Are You turn raw creator footage into scroll-stopping stories. You think in hooks, captions, and beats. You move fast without losing taste. You know the specs cold, keep files clean, and deliver multiple cuts that travel across platforms. You edit first. If you can shoot, even better.
What You’ll Do
Cut creator content into platform-native shorts, mid-forms, and ads
Build variants from a single shoot: hook swaps, pace changes, captions on/off, CTA tests
Package edits for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and paid—correct ratios, lengths, and safe zones
Create audio, clean dialogue, balance music, and mix for mobile first
Apply light motion design, supers, arrows, and callouts that feel native, not superflous
QC for claims and brand safety with the Brand Narrative partner before anything ships
Keep naming/version control tight so reads and recuts are fast and traceable
Pull selects, tag assets, and maintain libraries in Frame.io so anyone can find anything
Turn creator wins into reusable templates and edit packs the team can spin up quickly
Cut sizzles for tentpoles, live moments, and product drops; turn recaps within 24 hours
Collaborate with the Performance Creative Strategist on hypothesis-driven variants
Hand off clean files for whitelisting/boosting with timecodes and asset logs
Shoot simple pickup content in-office or on-location when helpful (bonus)
What You Bring
3–5+ years editing social-first video for consumer brands or creators
A reel with TikTok/Reels/Shorts that shows hook, hold, and finish that converts
On-platform instincts for pacing, structure, and when to land the CTA
Strong command of captions, typography, and legible mobile design
Clean file habits: bins, labels, versions, exports, and backups that never get messy
Comfort working shoulder-to-shoulder with strategists, creators, and legal in-office
